Hey guys, i have no idea if it is allowed to post here something like this, if not, you can just delete it..

I don't even know where to start, but i will try to be short as possible, i moved here after i quit my job in Manchester, i got offer to work here, but the company told me, that my place is already taken(TWO DAYS BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO SIGN A CONTRACT), so i ended up here, paid for moving, deposit etc and without a job.. i was jobless for like a two months and out of desperation i took job in a casino where i am starting on Saturday..

The problem is i burned out all of my savings and my first paycheck is pretty far away, so i am sitting in my room, looking on my Revolut where is 18pounds after i paid my rent and kinda don't know what to do..

Is there any charity around that can help me with some food and basic stuff?

Or if anyone need some help around, mainly cleaning i am totally done for that.. but probably just for other women, because i don't know anyone here and don't want to risk.

Good morning, i found this group through Facebook and it looks like i can get some advices here.. :)

Where to start, my name is Tina and I got in some troubles due to moving and changing job, now i finally started to work again(i moved here from Ottawa, but the work i was supposed to have was cancelled right before signing a contract, but i was already here, after almost three months i finally got a job in Casino, which is totally out of my field, but i needed a job😁)

I was in Ottawa for like a 10 months and i left my previous job by myself, so i wasn't able to get any help from EI, that means i burned out through all of my savings because of rent deposits and living in those 3 months.. i live around Mundy Park, do you guys know any organisation around that can help me with some basics(foodwise)?

I got like 20$ left, so any info what can i do would be amazing, i started my job on Monday, so my first paycheck is pretty far away..

Or if there is someone who need some help around the house etc let me know, but my schedule is pretty wild, sometimes i work weekends, sometimes not.. i got driving licence, whatever you need, just let me know, literally anything will help me to survive! :)
