Despite only appearing a few time we see evil green arrow fight a bit but I like how we don’t see him use trick arrows. As an evil counterpart he always shoots to kill and thus uses normal arrows and never needed trick ones meaning when against someone who can walk off an arrow to the chest like Manhunter he’s completely incapable of dealing with him unlike if he had shock or even net arrows.
