I’m looking for someone to take full ownership of my brand’s social media and actually grow it.
This is not a beginner role. I’m not looking for someone to just “post content” — I need someone who understands what works and can plan + execute.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Growing Instagram/TikTok (reach, engagement, followers)
• Creating and executing content ideas (reels, posts, trends)
• Maintaining a strong, consistent brand aesthetic
• Suggesting and testing new strategies
• Managing everything end-to-end (I only approve, not guide)
You should:
• Have proven results (show me accounts you’ve grown)
• Understand fashion content + what performs
• Be proactive and independent (no hand-holding)
• Be fast, creative, and trend-aware
You will be paid hourly @ Rs.600/hr (negotiable based on experience)
