Building an off grid hut selling some food and drink. Looking for some advise on setting up a solar system (battery + inverter) with petrol generator for topping up.

Constant loads include a fridge and freezer of about 200w rating each. I suspect they wont turn over that much. And CCTV of around 20w.

During the day, we will be using a 600w Bain Marie, 2.5kW water boiler, toaster, POS system, 50w of lighting.
The bain marie and water boiler are peek power. Budgeting around 1/4 of that for average load?
During the hottest days of the summer, and maybe during the winter, having AC on. That is about 1kW load.

So peek load of about 4.5kW with average of 100-2000w load throughout the day and about 100w constant throughout the night. Operating for about 7 hours a day.

Ideally, I would like to use a quite inverter generator for the "mains" with remote start that the inverter can control. Ideally around 2-3kW due to size and cost.
I was looking at the "Growatt SPF 6000 ES Plus 48v 6000W Hybrid Solar Inverter with Dual MPPT & 500V PV Input" but it states it needs 10kVA generator? Does that mean that it can't control how much load it puts on the AC input?

Anyway, looking for suggestions on the inverter.
For the solar, we have about 5.5x2m of roof space. It is not ideally placed so I don't expect to generate much outside of the high summer where the sun is directly above.

Note, I am in the UK. 240v AC. Ideally looking for UK suppliers but can order off Alibaba if the store is well rated.
