Hi everyone, I’m planning to move to Da Nang for about 6 months soon. I’m a simple guy with a pretty tight budget (around $700-$800 per month for everything), so I’m not looking for anything fancy. Just a decent studio with a workspace and a reliable internet connection.
I’ve heard rumors that prices in My An have skyrocketed lately. Is it still realistic to find something in the 4-5 million VND range there, or has that ship sailed?
I’m also curious about other districts. I don’t mind staying further from the beach if it means better value for money. Maybe Son Tra or the Ngu Hanh Son areas? Or are people just looking in the wrong places xdd
I'd love to hear some real stories and prices from anyone living away from the beach on a budget 😁
