My first time doing it, do need an advice on the nutrients needed. It will be indoors with lights on. How many hours the lights should be on daily and what is best system to use to feed the water and how much nutrients? I eat organic.

I am thinking to sustain mostly herbs and maybe a pepper or two, maybe occasional kale or such. But mostly just herbs for now. Maybe a separate non-continous system also for one small tomato plant on a side too, not sure how tomato would grow indoors, but just curious.
