I’m a Chemistry & Physics tutor looking to move from the national curriculum to Cambridge (IGCSE/A-Level) and IB.

My subject knowledge is solid, but I want to master the pedagogical shift toward inquiry-based learning and specific assessments.

For those who’ve made this jump:

What’s the best way to prove IGCSE/IB competency to international schools without prior experience in those systems?

Are there specific bridge courses or resources you’d recommend for mastering the "command terms" and marking schemes?

Any tips on transitioning from a content-heavy system to a skills-based one?
