is the dosage from the programs like Mindbloom higher than Spravato?

I have just finished two weeks of Spravato and have been at the max dose of 84 mg since the second session. The thing is I have tried first thing in the morning so that I haven't had a chance to be focused on the stress and work of the day, I have tried the end of the day finishing at 6 pm. I use curated Spavato playlists but I just never seem to get to the point where my brain turns off from the day to day and I have a chance to even let go and let things come up naturally.

As a result I am considering switching to one of the at home programs if there is any chance that the dosage is higher with it seems from my research that it is. can the higher dosage make the difference or is this treatment just now something that is going to work for me?

I have a history with taking meds nasally and with the medication (a monthly Maintenance that is a new bottle every month) before I use it the first time I have to do a Priming pump because the meds are not in the suction tube until after priming to force the air out.

When I did the treatment on Tuesday I wasn’t told to prime the applicator and I honestly did not feel as though any medication was actually released until my second nostril. It was the same with both bottles.

I even questioned whether all the medication had been dosed as the bottom green dot was still mostly visible.

I am going to try the way I was told but if I have questions again before I hand it back I will go back to the first nostril and see if there is any medication left

I have gotten a lot of good input from people here about my upcoming spravato treatement and I really appreciate it. My first treatment is Tuesday morning, what should I take with me for the treatment. I have seen people talk about an eye mask, comfy throw blanket, something to journal or draw with. I would also be interested in what others wear to treatment. I am in South Florida and the forecast is mostly sunny in the mid to upper 80's which means hot and humid outside but also most likely A/C temps in the center set at sub-arctic LOL. I am thinking comfy leggings and oversized t-shirt. maybe a light sweatshirt to keep from getting chilly. I will take socks because I wear sandles and don't want to get cold feet. Should I bring my water bottle? I plan to take a dose of zofran before I leave for the center that morning. I know no eating or drinking before treatment but I am on medications that give me major dry mouth. I have heard something like jolly ranchers to get rid of the taste of the medication. Any other ideas?
