I recently got the Sony WF-1000XM6 and honestly, I love the sound quality, ANC, and overall experience. But I’ve run into a really annoying issue.
After I receive or hang up a call, the sound completely cuts off from the left earbud. The only way to fix it is to put both earbuds back in the case and wear them again.
I’ve already tried:
• Deregistering/unpairing the device
• Pairing it again from scratch
• Following troubleshooting steps from Sony’s website
But the problem is still happening consistently. To make things worse, I bought these at an airport duty-free store in Abu Dhabi during a connecting flight, so returning them might not even be possible.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any fixes or workarounds I can try?
