I am 29 years old, male, 1.84 m tall, 86 kg, with about 15% body fat. I train nearly everyday, including gym workouts, boxing, and running. I will attach my current testosterone levels.
I’m considering trying 250 mg of testosterone enanthate. However, there are two main concerns holding me back. First, I want to have children in the next four to five years. Second, I’ve had issues in the past with depression, panic attacks, and anxiety, and I’m worried that this could potentially make those problems worse. That was a very difficult phase in my life, and I don’t want to experience anything like that again.
At the same time, I’m curious to try testosterone since I would have relatively easy access to it.
I have experimented with peptides in the past, and I’m currently taking retatrutide, which has been helping me a lot overall in my life. Now I would like to try testosterone enanthate.
I’m not looking for comments about whether this is irresponsible or not—I’d simply like to hear what you think about my plan.
