Recently the Allahabad High Court held that a fetus beyond 5 months of gestation is equivalent to a living child , making it a person under legal interpretation.

A few days back the Supreme Court held that there should be no time rigid time limit for a minor rape victim survivor to protect the minors right to life and bodily integrity.

The AIIMS raised concern that the termination could result in a live baby with severe deformities and the minor mother may face serious health complications.

What would be your interpretation and reasonable/ logical/ empathetic way out to it and which side you would pick ?
