I received a conditional offer pending final executive approval, background check, and drug screen. It has been about 2 weeks now.

Just wanted to ask if anyone has experienced long delays at this stage recently, or if hiring is currently slowed down at Gigafactory Nevada?

Trying to understand whether this is a normal internal process timing or a sign that hiring is slowing down.

Appreciate any insight.

I have completed all the interview rounds with Tesla and the recruiter reached out to me and asked me to provide 3 examples of Evidence of Excellence, its been almost 3 weeks now and I have not received any response yet after an email that said that my application is still pending for executive approval , how long does this approval process take? do I just move on and take it as a rejection?
