What “premium living” really means in Bangalore-especially in Sarjapur.

For years, most projects followed the same formula: taller towers, more units, more everything.

But now there are projects like Midori Tattvam that take a different approach-low-rise buildings, 5 Acres, limited units-116, and noticeably more open space.

It raises a few real questions:

  • Is height actually adding value, or just more density?
  • Does having hundreds of neighbors improve living… or take away from it?
  • And in a fast-growing area like Sarjapur, does lower density make more long-term sense?

With the area getting busier every year, the idea of fewer units and less crowding feels more relevant than before. Of course, these kinds of projects are fewer and tend to be priced differently.

So what would you personally prefer?

  • High-rise living with large communities and full amenities.
  • Low-rise, low-density living with more privacy and open space.
