I don't buy clothes online much, but I liked the style that Genrage had to offer. I ordered three pieces, three different types of track pants. I placed my order on 25th April, and the confirmation page said that I would receive it by 30th April. I am writing this post on 7th May, so obviously my order hasn't come yet. I wrote to the Genrage team via email saying that my order hasn't come yet, and they responded twice on 2nd April and on 4th April saying that the order would be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. The next email after this said that they couldn't deliver two out of my three products and that they would only deliver one, to which I replied to them saying that I didn't want only one and that they should refund the entire amount. They didn't acknowledge this mail, and the following email said that they would deliver the one product within 24 to 48 hours, not acknowledging the fact that they had to refund the previous two, the other two products. When I called customer support on the number that they had given, an AI bot picks up, and the AI bot is as clueless as a baby working over there. The service is inefficient, it's unprofessional, and I'm still trying to fight to get my refund. Overall, please do not order from this brand.

I called the customer support and its picked up by an AI bot. The AI bot is also useless. I gave it my number and it said that the entire order was delivered. I called it again and it said that the order would be shipped within 24-48 hours. I called it a third time and then it said that there was no order linked to my phone number. Mind you - every time I called, this bot told me that I would receive a call back from the support team within 2 hours, which I didn't. The service is inefficient, it's unprofessional, and pathetic. I'm still trying to fight to get my refund. Overall, please do not order from this brand.
