For context, I have fallen for a romance scam. I'm aware of many scams so i'm pretty embarrassed to have fallen for one. Things were good until "she" asked for money to go to the grocery store. It clicked after that and I ran most of the photos sent to me through AI image detectors and they were generated.
I made the mistake of revealing I knew it was a scam. The scammer is sticking to the act and is gaslighting me. They will not give proof they are real in the form of video, audio, or otherwise.
I am playing dumb to gain trust to get their IP. I have been on grabify but I am worried the link will look too suspicious even with a changed url. I've thought about playing this out for longer and sending links to a few different sites before a grabify link to make it seem ordinary but I feel like there may be a better way. Please let me know if there are any ideas and feel free to ask me anything.
