I want to hang a heavy French door sideways on a wall for decoration. I bought 2 D-Hooks that hold 150lbs each and Galvanized Steel Wire, 12 Gauge to wrap on hooks. I also got some felt pads to put on bottom corners to keep away from wall. My question is...do I install the hooks 1/3 down door on either side? And do I place them on an angle instead of straight up and down. Thank you.
