anybody here who lives around Grand Monaco Southpoint Parañaque? I've been eyeing a property there. please help me I have questions 🥹

• Bahain po ba? - based on project noah, hindi naman daw po. how true is this?

• Di po ba nawawalan ng kuryente or tubig sa area? what's the provider po sa water? - wala kasi akong makitang reddit posts regarding this place. maybe someone can answer this for me.

• is there any HOA issues I should know about?

• how's the community/neighborhood around?
