I am Govind from India, and I recently received admission to a university in Germany. This is a huge opportunity for me and my family.

આજે અમને અહીં બહુ ચિંતાજનક અનુભવ થયો, એટલે બધાને જણાવવું જરૂરી લાગ્યું.

અમે અહીંથી એક syrup અને એક gel લીધા, અને બંને expired (June expiry) નીકળ્યા. ત્યાં જ એક બીજો patient પણ હતો, જે July expiry ની tablet strip વિશે complain કરી રહ્યો હતો — એટલે આ કોઈ એકવારની ભૂલ નથી લાગી રહી.

જ્યારે અમે આ મુદ્દો ઉઠાવ્યો, ત્યારે તેઓએ પહેલા તો deny કર્યું. પછી થોડા ગરમાગરમી પછી જ પૈસા પરત આપ્યા.

મહેરબાની કરીને કોઈપણ દવા ખરીદતા પહેલા expiry date જરૂર ચેક કરો. એમના ઉપર ભરોસો રાખશો નહીં, કારણ કે પછી તેઓ સીધું deny કરી શકે છે.
