I’m two weeks postpartum, my hips are much wider and I was just wondering, when will I be able to stop wearing pajama pants?

I have a 6 day old, she is peeing and pooping and I am doing my best to breastfeed her and pump afterwards but everytime she has to eat it is a fight to wake her and keep her awake! I worry she sleeps TOO much.
