In a context already defined by SMEs, Standardized Instructors, and strict regulatory requirements, I am trying to identify the specific 'added value' an ID provides.

Could anyone share concrete examples of how an ID's intervention improved trainees' performance or solved a learning gap that technical training alone didn't address? especially in a CBTA environment....
