Idk what happened to me, but I didn't play chess for 4 days and when I came back I dropped 200 rating points. I don't get how that small of a break can have such an effect on my performance. Can it be tilt? But can tilt stay for multiple days and have that much of an effect to the degree of dropping 200 points.

Please help me out as I'm very frustrated about this 🙃.
