Anesthesia Units

Current CA1. I’m seeing some info online that anesthesia CF is ~$20 for Medicare, but anywhere from 20-$100 for workers compensation depending on the state. AK $100. Are these favorable cases to do?

I know typically medicine has a geographic adjustment but do anesthesia units?

Also, I believe commercial insurance is ~1-3x Medicare rate. Is that dependent on the practice to negotiate, and/or are there any geographic considerations. BCBS in TX may pay $50 to group A, but $70 to group B? While BCBS in FL may pay $30 to a similar group A.

I have been trying for a few weeks to recertify employment. I quickly progress through the student aid.gov help tool, (current employer is listed from 2024-2025) but once I either try to submit via manual or electronic signature, the next page says 404 error. I’ve tried on my phone, computer, different browser, clearing history and catche to no avail. Anyone else have experience with this?
