PSA: You can play all the CV1K games on MAME

I've seen people commenting that Akai and SDOJ aren't playable on vanilla MAME. Not just here but elsewhere and this seems to be the general impression.

You can play all CV1K games including Akai and SDOJ on versions 0.239 - 0.287 of MAME by patching it. I play them on 0.277 with no issues.
