Im a photographer hoping to take some nice photos for a friend who has just graduated from usyd. I dont live in sydney so im not familar with the campus so hoping someone can help with some info please

Is the quadrangle open to the public on weekends?

What would be a quiet time of day to take some cute pics of him and his lady without disturbing any students

I see a lot of professional photos taken in the space, but will i need a permit?
