Guy joins motorway just after Blanch going north bound and for some reason needs to get into lane 2 as quick as possible. Video split into 2 parts by dash cam. I'd say I was less than a foot away. Got beside him later and he had a phone in his hand. Just thankfull guy behind me was paying attention as well. No accident but very close, stay safe all.
