I had a water leak in my HVAC condensation line and it gradually warped and destroyed my hardwood floors. My home owners insurance does not cover the damage, and neither does my home warranty. Even the builder can't cover me although my home is only 8 years old

I've gotten a few quotes, and the best price for replacing my floors is about $10,000. My FICO score is about 800 and my wife's is over 750. I don't know which loan is the best for the amount we need. My home definitely has equity but would a traditional loan make more sense? Or finance elsewhere? We don't want to make a hardship withdrawal from our 401k. But our monthly budget is tight and we want to keep a low payment that we can responsibly pay back.
