With mantis now giving a flat 100 speed increase to allies, which is an 16% movement speed buff. Our girl storm only gives 8% speed and goes up to 20% if we goddess boost. But mantis also gives the same 8% damage boost we give outside of goddess boost at the same time when we are suck give every one or other.
