Hi everyone, as the title suggests I need some input on snacks during shift.
I work a ridiculously high volume bar in proximity to a college. The reality of my gig is I sometimes don't get to eat for 8-11 hours at a time. My achilles heel, unfortunately, is hangriness. I'm also a manager so it's a pretty physically and mentally demanding gig. I need to stay fed, like actually fed, and I need to do it fast and on the go.
Looking for some vets to recommend good snacks or food prep regiments that will keep me fluid and fed on extreme high volume shifts 🙏.
