Hey guys, im just starting to get into collecting these cards. What are the recommendations in terms of booster box's or packs?

Or as I read somewhere people just choose which character they like the most and go for the chase cards of them? Correct me if im wrong please, thank you.

Just need a bit of a guidance as a noobie in dbz tcg.
