I’m reposting the link. BES doesn’t have an official docket at Annecy but it is listed under Netflix’s upcoming shows. I thought the summary was notable:
Old foes? Fowler, obviously. But who else?
A dangerous “new” Shogun.

After character designs are approved, they are sent to the animation studio for building. Those designs then get shipped back to the Netflix team for refinement. On the process goes until everyone is happy!
Look how subtle the tweaks are: Flatter nasal bridge here, sloping shoulder there. It may seem inconsequential to you or I, but it’s this level of detail and care that makes the show.
