I recently got iodine and planning to start that soon also.
I am going to the gym today.
I count my calories after not losing any weight for over a month. Which pissed me off because imakimg better choices, quit soda, scale didnt budge.
So since ive been counting calories and I switched to honey in my coffee I suddenly lost 2lbs in a week.
I messed up really bad though yesterday went and just had a total cheat day. 🙃
On the saddle again today.
