Hi,

I just bought the XL Fire Pit today and am very excited to use it. I was told at the store that the XL Fire Pit does not come with any accessories, which not having a base plate to purchase for the XL. Since this fire pit has a few openings, I was wondering if anyone found a solution for the potential embers that would fall out from the bottom of the fire pit. Please let me know if you have any solutions or ideas :)

(At the store I also placed the fire pit on the large base plate, and it kind of fits, but I want to know if there is a more substantial solution. Am considering a ember mat at this point, but hesitant as I’ve also read that some people still see some damage to their lawns with a ember mat)
