He is a 3 month old kitten, healthy in every aspect, eats and drinks fine, playful, uses the litter box fine. But he is vocal when he uses the litter box to do the number 2, not number 1, and when he does it we noticed his anus protrudes outwards. We also noticed it protrudes outwards a little occasionally even when he is not using the litter box. We are worried he is in pain or is otherwise unhealthy. Should we take him to see the vet?
