I’m being told this will be fixed when the top of the wall is caulked. Wouldn’t that mean the line of caulk will be super thick and not straight…?

Annoyed the tiles are cracked at the top. We had other tiles to use as extra.

Am I right for being upset? Or is the contractor right that when it’s finished/caulked the chips won’t be visible?
