Pretty much just the title. I've got a small business, partners and family have been sufficient to take care of everything up until recently and now we're looking to hire one or two part time people to lighten the load.

We have no experience with withholding or payroll or any of that, so I'm just asking for advice, what do we actually need to collect/do/arrange to hire someone legally and successfully?
