I live in Al Barsha 1 and the rent in my bldg for 1 Bedroom has gone up to 88k. I am finding the 3BR villas in Damac Hills 2 for 90k more appealing now.

How do you see the rental index in the next 6months? I’m hoping rent goes down since plenty of people left the building.
