This is only a rant and I felt as though I needed to put it out there....

I've been flying Porter as often as possible with my job, as they have the better reward program (IMO). I've earned a couple of Certificates and was going to apply one in a couple of weeks, as I have a flight booked and one of my certificates is expiring.

It turns out, I can't apply it to my reservation, as I booked through my office's travel agent. The travel agent can't apply it, so I'm in this weird limbo where I'm earning rewards for being loyal to one airline, yet can't redeem those rewards :(

I guess it's time to start considering Air Canada again....
