Architectural designer / PM here looking to pick up some side drafting work.

I’ve got 6+ years of experience in architecture and project management with a background in residential projects, renovations, floor plans, elevations, site plans, permit sets, CAD drafting, SketchUp modeling, rendering work, etc.

Need:

• Existing conditions drawn up?
• Floor plans cleaned up?
• A sketch turned into actual drawings?
• Permit / planning board style presentations?
• Marketing floor plans?
• Exterior concepts / elevations?
• Someone to wrestle with AutoCAD so you don’t have to?
