My 19 year old son (who I love very dearly) While putting the bins out closed the door on a bin and busted the top bracket in the centre that attached to the motor of the roller door. It's pulled what bolts/screws were there and shot them into the universe never to been seen again. I've put a tex screw in it for now but how do I fix this. I can't get a spanner in there for a bolt. Should I just ring the roller door guy.

I fixed my son but I'm sure he will do something like this again. Actually I'm quite positive...
