proper cleaning
My managers say we are supposed to not fill up the sinks and that we should just spray the dishes and then put them into the Hobart. I am disgusted and worried about bio film build ups. I feel like I cannot properly clean the dishes and all of our dishes have a brown film. Is this normal? Also I feel like it's against eco standards. What is the point of this sign if we don't even follow it. Is this actually a rule??
