I remember when the Teaser Visual for Season 3 released people were worried that they're going to be adding only 2 new girlfriends this season, and right now we're doing the same thing because another visual has been released. Yes, it's called a 'Key Visual', but we know for sure that more news is coming before the premiere, the VA's for Yamame, Momiji and Kishika are yet to be revealed.
My guess is that they're keeping it a surprise that it's going to be a two cour season. There's going to be a big reveal, maybe even an event because they're trying to hype up all the seiyuus we will be getting this season, and that's when Ahko and Uto's designs will be revealed too.
The closer we get to July, the more frequently we will be getting updates. We know that Bibury likes to surprise us, just look at how they handled Rentaro's love speech. The studio hasn't changed. They're competent when it comes to the show itself. The marketing and transparency could use some work in my opinion.
Anyways, I could be completely wrong but you'd have to avert your eyes from all the little hints we have been getting. I'm calling it. There's going to be a final visual before the premiere, or maybe after the episode where this season's secret girlfriend gets introduced. This isn't even copium, I just think that Bibury likes to surprise us while going radio silent and watch the fandom fall into total despair. I don't think it's a good strategy, but they have done this before so I'm pretty confident in my statement.
