Opm rank system can be seen as a similar to hero rating system but being at number 1 of C he could chose to move up but doesn’t so being a higher number doesn’t seem to matter to mumen and he’s always willing to put his life on the line like so many hero’s in MHA but what about Stains philosophy would let Mumen be worth or not ?
