I recently left a highly dysfunctional small firm for work with the state. This was about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, at my new office, a former client called me directly, stating that he was unable to contact my old employer despite multiple messages. Aside from sending an email to my old office to tell them their client reached out to me, is there anything else you’d do in this situation?
