I will share with you how I can use my money more efficiently focusing on the quality of my purchases rather than quantity
We all like shopping and the joy it brings us but in my opinion we shouldn't buy things impulsively and then regret it later and realising it's a waste of money and space
1- where to look for high quality products?
First of all you have to know which platform to look on.
Example:
Don't use 1688 for purchasing items where quality matters a lot. For example jeans. You don't want your jeans to be uncomfortable on your skin, or that the zipper stops working.
1688 is a place for mass production items where the quality isn't the main focus but the quantity
Use a platform like 1688 for buying items where quality isn't essential, for example socks or caps
Alternatively use weidian and taobao for jeans, hoodies, jackets (products where quality is essential)
2-How to find good quality rep products?
There's 2 different types of reps
- Mass produced reps
These are reps produced only based on pictures, inaccuracies are more likely and the fabric isn't identical. Quantity is the focus
- Independently produced reps
These are reps that are produced by independent sellers in limited quantities, focusing on higher quality and accuracy.
But even here there's different in quality. Some independent sellers are better than others, I do my research on Reddit and Discord to know which sellers are known for their higher quality.
In general if quality is important to you. Don't buy mass produced reps
Do your research on which sellers are known to be good for which brand.

3-How to recognise a low quality product?
There's many signs a product is of low quality:
-high stock; if the stock is high for example +300 it means the product is mass produced and the factory didn't pay attention to detail
-price; A jeans for 150 yuan, tshirt for 50 yuan and shoes for 200 yuan aren't realistic prices and it's very likely the product is of mid to low quality so don't expect much, have realistic expectations for the price you're paying
-Look qc of previous buyers, there's many qc checker websites you can use to find qc of previous buyers, copy the link of the item and paste in the qc checker and see if you like the quality before buying
4- General tips
-You can use Xianyu to find previously owned reps in china and buy it on hipobuy (custom order). You can find many good deals on Xianyu and great quality items for cheaper prices
-Avoid spreadsheets, usually the quality isn't a focus within spreadsheets. If you don't care much about that you can use them
-Do your research, don't buy from random sellers. All the information you need is available on Reddit. Avoid unknown merchants with no reputation.
