Tired of seeing people melt chocolate wafers, then want a round of applause because they molded it. 🙄 Try making bean-to-bar chocolate liquor, tempering it, then molding it with a filling you made from scratch, then come back.
Wafers are designed to temper immediately because of the chemicals and oils used, it’s like wanting praise for melting wax and you shaped it into a candle with a wick. 🙃🙃🙃🙃🫠🫠🫠
