I’ve been dealing with something frustrating lately. After finishing a job, I either end up typing invoices late at night, forgetting small jobs, or delaying sending invoices which means getting paid late.
I wanted to ask how others are managing this.
Do you send invoices immediately on-site or wait until the end of the day? Are you using any apps or just typing everything manually?
Recently I tried a different approach where I just speak the job details and the invoice gets created instantly. No typing at all. It felt strange at first but it actually saves a lot of time.
I’m not sure if something like this is actually useful for others, so I wanted to hear your workflow.
