I hope the pictures do justice. I picked this up a year ago at a thrift shop. I have been searching for identification but can't seem to place it. The scabbard is wood and covered in what feels like velvet. The pommel looks like a horse and the blade looks newish but has faded, what looks like writing on it. The writing or design does not seem to be engraved. Any information will be helpful.
