My Landlord is kicking me out
I've had arguments with my landlord over wrong computation of my share of bills and the condo not being properly cleaned.
I scolded him for collecting water payment from me twice. He also got the computations of our electric bill share wrong. He's also blaming the dirty floors of the condo on me when I have two other roommates.
I've been paying right and on time, but since we would always yell at each other during arguments, he now told me to vacate my space. I have a week to do so.
According to his contract, there should be a 30-day notice prior to the termination of lease. I don't think he's gonna honor that. He's trying to give back my advance payment, but the deposit will be left with him for my unpaid utility bills.
I can't find another place to stay in a short time. Please advise me. Thank you.
