Probably a pretty niche question, but thought I'd give it a shot!

Looking to hide my first geocache and am not totally clear on this. If it's on private property but the access is from a park (i.e. hole in fence) do I need to obtain approval from Metro Vancouver?

We started building our cache before looking into the process - it's not straight forward! I guess thats a good thing as it likely results in mucher higher quality caches than without the rules.
