I’m looking to buy my first condo. I love this building and it’s in the exact location that I want. This unit is for sale and in my price range, but it has a massive kitchen island taking up half of the living space (it looks even worse in person). The kitchen is so small and narrow though, so if you reduce the size of the island, you lose precious counter and cabinet space. Any ideas? Or on to the next?
